Weekly Update

Today’s post is another recap of the last week or so – I feel like so much has happened! Lots of random things to chat about, so let’s dive in. πŸ™‚

Late hours officially started this week at work, which has really made things crazy. Tax season is in full swing until May!

To keep myself organized and on track, I’ve been making sure I keep on top of decorating my planner each week. Decorating it is not only a hobby, but it also motivates me to keep coming back to it to see the week slowly fill in.

Last weekend I went to Barnes & Noble early in the morning, got a green tea latte (with soymilk and peppermint, of course), and decorated my planner. It was so much fun and I’ll definitely be visiting my Starbucks to do this more often on weekend mornings. It really helped to kickstart my day as well!

Stickers: Willow Fields

Although my love for stickers (and buying them…) has reach an all-time high, I’ve decided I need to put a ban on any more sticker spending for a while, because I’ve accumulated quite enough to last me a bit, and it’s also getting expensive…. sticker kits are quite cheap individually, BUT when you start buying 20… well, small amounts can still add up to big ones. πŸ˜‰

This isn’t even all the kits I’ve bought recently… I think I have 4 more in the mail and I just received 3 yesterday. I know. The sticker ban is needed.

I also recently purchased a Starbucks travel mug… but it was on sale, so the purchase is excused. πŸ˜‰ It was only $5!! Usually they’re around $20-$25 I think, so $5 is AMAZING.

I’ve actually been wanting this one since my birthday, so I’m glad I waited and got it for a fraction of the original price!

I don’t think I ever showed them on the blog, but for my birthday and for V Day, my husband bought me roses. They’re too beautiful not to share so I had to include them!

25

The red ones were for my birthday, and the white ones for Valentines Day. I love flowers so much, they’re so gorgeous!

Also on Valentines Day, my husband and I exchanged gifts. I’m still not over mine, I don’t thinkΒ I ever will be!

For our wedding, I wanted to use my engagement ring as my wedding ring also.Β I discovered it’s actually a common thing that a lot of brides do! After the wedding, aΒ lot of people do stick to having just the one ring, but the past year or so I’ve really wanted a band to go alongside it.

My husband knows me so well, and on V Day he gave me the most beautiful, perfect wedding band! I was speechless, I love it so much! It fits perfectly and it’s exactly what I envisioned.

I can’t get over how good it looks with my engagement ring. I’m constantly staring at them and smiling!

Well, I think that’s it for this recap post – I still have plenty more to update, but this post is already getting long! I’ll have to save some of the news for next time. πŸ™‚

Be sure to come back on Friday for my next blog post! Also, follow my Instagram for more updates – I not only post photos daily, but I also show plenty of blog and youtube behind-the-scenes on my Instagram Story!

Anyway, that’s it for today. See you on Friday! πŸ˜‰

xoxo,

Blair
